Most approaches to weight loss, health & nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions, of what foods are good and what foods are bad, I coach clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is guilt free, flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.

I offer two programmes for you to choose from and to support you. You can choose 1 to 1 health coaching or Weight Wellness Workshops and support group.
